Nonocross tips that work on every level
- Start with the biggest numbers. A clue close to the length of its row always fills some cells in the middle.
- Lines with a 0 are empty. Cross them out first so you never fill them by mistake.
- Use crosses as much as fills. Marking cells that must stay empty is what unlocks the next row.
- Work back and forth. Every cell you fill in a row gives you a starting point in its column.
- Do not guess. If you find yourself guessing, look for a row or column you have not checked yet.
